2) Collect digital photos on Mussel farms and/or take pictures of Indian Pt. Mussel Farm and develop a digital storybook on how we farm mussels in Nova Scotia
3) Do a Google Search on recipes you can use with mussels and choose 3 recipes you would like to make. Make a Digital Fish Farming Recipe Book from your search
Choose 1 other fish that is farmed in Nova Scotia (trout, oysters etc.).
Collect pictures of the fish product.
Do a search for 3 recipes using the fish you chose to study.
Add the recipes with pictures to your Digital Recipe Book.
